Nexolo Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: October 10, 2026

1. Who you are contracting with

Nexolo (nexolo.net and related apps) is operated by Cox and Associates Consulting, LLC (trading as “Nexolo”). When you use Nexolo you are entering into an agreement with Cox and Associates Consulting, LLC.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account or continuing to use Nexolo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

3. The service

Nexolo helps businesses discover festivals, events, competitions and vendor opportunities, save and plan them, and share posts with a business community. Paid plans unlock additional features as described on the Pricing page.

4. Your account

You must be of legal age, or have authority to bind the business you represent. Keep your login details confidential and your information accurate — you are responsible for activity under your account.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse Nexolo, including by:

  • using it for anything unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive;
  • sending spam or misleading promotions;
  • posting content that infringes anyone's intellectual property or privacy;
  • interfering with security — uploading malware, probing for vulnerabilities, or scraping the service;
  • reverse engineering, reselling, or getting around usage limits.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You give us a limited licence to host, display and process it only to run Nexolo. We may remove content that breaks these Terms.

7. Our intellectual property

Cox and Associates Consulting, LLC owns Nexolo, including its software, design, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it within your plan.

8. Payments, subscriptions and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, renewal, tax, cancellation and refund terms are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See also our Refund Policy.

9. Service availability

We work to keep Nexolo running well, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Event information found on the web may be incomplete or out of date — please confirm details with organisers.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access for a material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You can stop using Nexolo and delete your account and data at any time.

11. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Nexolo is provided “as is” without implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms and will change the effective date when we do. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
